Deze Privacy Policy legt uit hoe Timeloop ("Wij", "Ons", "Onze") persoonsgegevens verzamelt, gebruikt, opslaat en beschermt wanneer u onze mobiele applicatie (“Timeloop 1940-1945”) en website (“www.Timeloop.nl”) gebruikt.

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens in overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG / GDPR).

4. Bewaartermijnen

  • Accountgegevens: tot 12 maanden na het verwijderen van het account

  • Locatie-/camera-/opslagdata: niet opgeslagen, tenzij u deze zelf opslaat of uploadt

  • Log- en gebruiksgegevens: maximaal 12 maanden

  • Back-ups: 30–90 dagen

  • Wettelijke bewaarplicht: tot 7 jaar (indien van toepassing)
     

5. Delen van persoonsgegevens

Wij delen gegevens uitsluitend met:

Bijvoorbeeld:

  • E-mailverzenders

Alle verwerkers voldoen aan de AVG en verwerken gegevens uitsluitend namens ons.

Bij fusies of verkoop van het bedrijf kunnen persoonsgegevens worden overgedragen.

9. Kinderen

Onze dienst is niet bedoeld voor kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar (Nederlands en EU-recht).
Wij verzamelen niet bewust persoonsgegevens van kinderen onder deze leeftijd.
De applicatie Timeloop 1940-1945 bevat beelden over de Tweede Wereldoorlog hierbij raden wij een minimum leeftijd aan van 16 jaar aan. Onder begeleiding van ouders, volwassenen of docenten van school die de juiste context kunnen bieden over de beelden van de Tweede Wereldoorlog kan de applicatie Timeloop 1940-1945 ook vanaf 14 jaar gebruikt worden.

Wij kunnen deze Privacy Policy aanpassen. De datum bovenaan geeft aan wanneer dit document voor het laatst is bijgewerkt.

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 16 (Dutch and EU law).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.
The Timeloop 1940-1945 app contains images about World War II; we recommend a minimum age of 16. With the guidance of parents, adults, or school teachers who can provide context for the images of World War II, the Timeloop 1940-1945 app can also be used by ages 14 and up.
